Website Development Books

If you would like to learn how to develop your own websites these books can help you. I have most of them myself. If you are just starting out, I would suggested getting grounded in XHTML and CSS. Adobe Illustrator is a drawing program. Adobe Photoshop is photomanipulation program. Both are great for web design graphics. If you would like a dynamic website, you might want to learn Javascript, PHP and MySQL. If you are strapped for cash, Open Source software is free and can be easily installed and modified with a little knowledge. Also look into GIMP, Blender and Inkscape as free graphic tools. Good luck!
