Canada has come to the point where it is leading the world in eroticism and social cybernetics. The Northern Institute of Parapsychological Research and The Canadian Academy of Erotic Inquiry have taken eight subjects and had them undergo surgery of a type called "Biochemical Induction". This surgery has given them telepathic powers by extending the natural electro-chemical processes of the brain. Stereo calls itself a classified educational film which comes under the provisions of the Canadian Plastic Forms Act.

"Its clearly the work of talent just beginning to find its way" - Variety

The future. Cosmetics have caused the collapse of human genetics and millions of young females have already died of Rouge's Malady, a disease named after its discoverer, who has mysteriously disappeared. His clinic, the House of Skin, is managed by his protege, Adrian Tripod, who is perplexed by the events unraveling around him and wanders about contemplating what can be done. Left to treat a kidnapped five-year-old girl by unconventional means, Adrian hesitates as he senses she is the reincarnation of his mentor Antoine Rouge.
