Format: Import, but not NTSC
If you are located in USA or Canada then you can only watch this video on your PC unless you have a multi system DVD / TV or PAL system.

Check if European DVDs will play on DVD machines made for North America
Be careful when you buy DVDs from Europe. Depending on the brand or where you bought your DVD player, some European DVDs will not play on your DVD machines.

I discovered that regular DVD machines that are made for Canadian/US consumers cannot play DVDs that were made for the European market. Apparently DVD players for North America do not come with the decoding program to play some DVDs that are made in Europe. In this case, my DVD was made in Germany and it will only play on my laptop computer's DVD drive which has the decoding software. My regular TV DVD player cannot read it. I've been told that if you purchase a DVD player from China or other parts of Asia, in most cases, it may be able to play all DVD types including the European DVDs.

This is an excellent music DVD for Modern Talking fans, unfortunately I can only watch it on my computer monitor, unless I hook up my laptop to the TV.
