Digitally remastered edition of the 1958 debut album from the guitar legend. Duane Eddy was still a teenager with aspirations of emulating Chet Atkins when he first met DJ Lee Hazlewood. Hazlewood himself had visions of becoming a producer, so he encouraged Duane to start concentrating on playing notes at the lower end of the strings. This gave Duane something of a distinctive sound and would pave the way for major chart success, starting with 'Rebel Rouser'. This debut album became a worldwide smash, making the Top Ten in the UK.
