A pot-smoker makes an appointment with a Doctor, hoping that he can get a prescription for a free bag of medicinal marijuana. However, the Doctor refuses his request, and forces him to eat a bowl of mind-numbing mush. A stoner comedy about a pothead, a pipe-bomber, a madman with an evil plan, and a sex-crazed nurse.
