Good Recipes but Not the layout3
I am not keen of the layout of this book. She has the meal plans layed out for 4 weeks and then the recipes are broken into seperate breakfast, lunch and dinner chapters with the corresponding day above. I LOVE her book Target Female Fat Zones. In that book she has a daily meal plan, total calories targets of 1400, 1600 or 1800 (the carb book has similar). In the Target Zone book she also has a useful tool of a shopping list for the week which this book lacks so you have to go through and figure it out for yourself. The added bonus in the TFFZ book is the different exercises well layed out in progression.

I decided to get the book from the library and take the recipes that I like rather than buy the book as it is not as well layed out as my Target Female Fat Zone book. Save your money and get her Target FF Zone book - - it's more bang for your buck and will help you get in shape AND lose weight!
