Customer Reviews

Recommended First5
When someone asks me "What book would you recommend for improving communication skills?", this easy to read book is the first I recommend. Why? - no matter how much you learn about selling - it starts with making a good to great connection in the first few seconds. Nicholas Boothman explains exactly how to do that successfully every time - and provides proof that it works. I own all three of his connecting books and am grateful he wrote them.

Great book!5
I am only half way through this book, but in the two days I have had it, I have not been able to put it down! It is incredibly eye opening and I find myself following Boothman's advice already in my everyday interactions. This book is well worth a read.
