A "must have" for any fan
I won't review the Sin City series itself. That has been done by many people many times and in many places. If you're looking at this collection, you're likely already familiar with Miller's stories and are very probably a fan.

Instead, I'll review the boxed set itself. This slip-case hard-bound collector's edition is every fan's ultimate dream. The books themselves are outstanding - printed on high-quality (almost card stock) paper and printed in an over-sized format that lets you really appreciate the depth of Miller's artwork. Each book bears a silhouette of one of Miller's characters (usually a woman) embossed in red foil. These books will look amazing on your self and you'll definitely want to show them off. Superb nerd-cred.
