Lots of pictures and practical instruction
This book is a great starting point for anyone interested in collage. One of the best things about it is that there are plenty of colour pictures...both of process and also of wonderful examples by a wide variety of artists. The book takes an in-depth look at various artists who explain their differing techniques in easy to understand terms. Each artists work is showcased in pictures and examples of other styles of the same methods by different artists are also shown. This is not a detailed step-by-step guide to process but it is a great book if you want to be inspired to explore collage further.
