About the Author
Greg Grant is a horticulturist with the Stephen F. Austin State University Pineywoods Native Plant Center in Nacogdoches. He previously held positions with the Texas Agricultural Extension Service, Louisiana State University, Lone Star Growers, San Antonio Botanical Garden, and Mercer Arboretum. He is a regular contributor to Texas Gardener, Neil Sperry’s Gardens, and Ornamental Outlook magazines and co-author of The Southern Heirloom Garden..
Roger Holmes is the founding editor of Fine Gardening magazine. He co-edited the monumental Taylor's Master Guide to Gardening and other highly regarded gardening books, and produced the seven-book regional landscaping series of which this book is part.
