Double Wedding Ring with a modern look
I only received the book yesterday, therefore I have not yet tried any of the instructions yet,but leafing through it makes me itch to start a quilt of my own. There are several wallhanging size projects to choose from: the rings as background for an applique, as a graphic art statement, with raw edge applique, combined with rubberstamping and so on. The quilts use up to date fabrics and technics and are great visual stimuli. There are pattern pieces for a 15" ring included and the instructions seem to be detailed enough for someone with basic knowledge of quiltmaking to follow.

I am looking forward to trying the ideas in this book.
