About the Author
Thomas D. Dinackus served in the U.S. Army for four years after earning a B.A. in history from Dickinson College. He served in the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment at Ft. Bliss, Texas. Today, he is a trial attorney with the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
