About the Author
Allan Chino, Ph.D. is board certified in Clinical Health Psychology and is president of the American Academy of Clinical Health Psychology. He conducts biobehavioral research in fibromyalgia and practices pain management in Oregon. He has set up and directed two CARF-accredited hospital-based pain rehab programs in California and a private practice in Las Vegas. Corinne Dille Davis, M.D. is board certified in Pain Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehab, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She practices in Las Vegas and Minnesota. In addition, she serves on the Prescription Controlled Substance Abuse Task Force for Nevada.
