A Headache in the Pelvis5
This is ABSOLUTELY the most ACCURATE book I have ever read, and I have never done a review of a book before, but I just have to on this one. I asked my daughter to order it for me and she did. I haven't quite finished reading it yet (still in the process), but it is soooo true. I am so excited about the results of the exercises in this book that I just had to do this review of it. I have been having lots of trouble with my bowels not working since I was in a wreck a little over 15 years ago from which I found out later that I had a blood clot in the groin area and now have Lupus, cirrhosis, and diabetes. My intestines only worked from once to twice a week for the past four to five years. With these exercises (and I've only done them for one month now) my bowels are moving every day. This is AMAZING for me because I have tried everything before, and nothing worked. I have been from doctor to doctor trying to get help. I am soooo thankful to the kind doctors that took their precious time to write this book! I don't know them, but they deserve a great reward for this. I'm just soooo AMAZED at the exercises, and what they say about getting the blood supply to the muscles is so true! Thanks again to all that took the time to write such an accurate book. WOW

It works!5
If you've experienced symptoms of pelvic dysfunction, such as pain, difficulty with urination, or sexual problems, and have not yet found an answer, this book may be exactly what you need. The book applies to both sexes, but I can speak from experience to the men: if you have any of these symptoms, and/or have been diagnosed with prostatitis and especially if antibiotics have given limited or no relief from symptoms, PLEASE read the book. I began to improve within a week of starting the book and applying its methods.

However, as the author points out, the treatment methods found in this book are not a quick fix. They require dedication and consistent effort. If you are as frustrated in your search as I was in mine, you will have no problem making that effort, and you may find the book to be a godsend, as I did.

This book is gonna help you to deal with pelvic pain and prostatitis symptoms. The exercices in it will help you improve your condition by treating your muscles but will not heal your prostate. I think it's a shame that the authors dot not talk about candidiasis in this book. How can they ignore this condition??? There is big money to do with pelvic pain... Candidiasis is a major cause for prostatitis and pelvic pain, I know this by experience. Any naturopathic physician know that. What is called trigger points in this book may be yeast pockets in your colon. Don't spend thousands of dollars with these guys before have tried a candida albican treatment. There are good books on candida at amazon, just try the protocol and see for yourself. Do it for your health and for your bank account...
