Similar in format to their Problem Bosses ( LJ 3/1/87), this practical how -to guide is based on workshops given by the authors and includes many exercises to assist the user. Describing a ten-step process on how to improve employee performance, the authors also pay attention to listening and presentation skills and the strategies and techniques that can be used to implement their ideas.
