About the Author
Pam hosts a regular cooking segment on Ottawa's CJOH-TV "News at Noon" with popular CTV broadcaster Leanne Cusack. Pam is a columnist on CBC-TV's " The Great Canadian Food Show," a weekly food columnist in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper for over 13 years, and a frequent contributor to Canadian Living magazines and cookbooks. Besides teaching cooking classes at her own Trillium Cooking School and various locations in the Ottawa area, Pam is the author of two other cookbooks - The Best of New Wave Cooking, a collection of microwave recipes and tips, and Pam's Kitchen, a cookbook for children.
