Franco Giorgetti is an architect, sailboat designer, and sailing enthusiast. He is proud to have built racing yachts like Italia 1 and Italia 2, Italy's contenders for the 1987 America's Cup. He is the author of History and Evolution of Sailing Yachts and a contributor to Great Sailing Ships (both White Star).
