About the Author
Alina Zeranska grew up in Warsaw, where she learned Polish cooking and entertaining from her mother. She is a widely respected radio and print journalist, and edits the family page of the Canadian Alliancer, a Polish-language newspaper. First published in 1968, THE ART OF POLISH COOKING is now being issued in its first Pelican printing.
