Lynn has the right idea with this awesome book! This book will tell you everything you need to know about basic skin care that's right for YOUR skin type! Recipes, ideas, even a weekend at-hom spa "menu", this book is a must have!
A Book to Put into Your Library
I found the book EXCELLENT! It is very well written, easy to read, but most of all, the information in there is superlative. There were some things that were addressed in the book that I had personally experienced in my own experience, but had never heard addressed in any other book dealing on the subject of skin care. Because of this I could personally relate to the book. All "Special" books go into my personal library which is very small, and only the "exceptional" books go there. This is one of them. If you are interested in skin care and maintenance, this book will tell you how to do it from diet to topical considerations. Read this book !
