She has more than 16 years of experience working on system development efforts in both government and private industry. Before joining Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Anderson worked at Southern Company Services and also served as a scientific analyst/officer in the United States Air Force. A certified Human Resource Professional, she has been working with PeopleSoft applications since 1991.
