About the Author
Professor of Communicative Disorders and Sciences, Audiology, Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas. An ASHA Fellow since 1978, and Fellow of AAA, he holds dual certification in audiology and speech-language pathology. Dr. Hulls awards include Distinguished Scholar, University of Northern Colorado; Distinguished Pioneer In Gerontology by the Colorado Gerontological Society; the U.S. Public Health Service Award; the Red River Award by the Winnepeg, Manitoba League for the Hard of Hearing; Emery Lindquist Faculty Award; among others.
