About the Author
Mary Herczog is a relative anomaly in Los Angeles, a secondgeneration native. Her mom sat next to Norma Jean Baker in home room, and since Norma Jean went on to become Marilyn Monroe, this clearly gives Mary ample authority to talk about Los Angeles and, of course, celebrity scandals. She also writes Frommer's New Orleans, Frommer's Las Vegas, and Las Vegas For Dummies, plus one half of California For Dummies, and when she's not doing that, she works in the film industry.
