About the Author
Mable and Gar Hoffman are known worldwide for easy-to-use cookbooks. They've enjoyed making frozen desserts since childhood. As teenagers, both earned spending money in local ice-cream shops. Some of their books include Crockery Cookery, Appetizers, Finger Foods, Chocolate Cookery and Crepe Cookery. Five of their cookbooks have won the R.T.
