Editorial Reviews
From AudioFile
In one of his most pointed and concise audio lessons, Weil's clarity and confidence make healthy eating, exercise, and the practice of good mental and life management habits sound easy--AND well worth the effort. Part of his secret is the warmth of his satisfying baritone, which moderates his authority and the erudite quality that is ever-present in his narration. The other part of his secret is his ability to speak to each individual listener. He also modifies his eight-week program for various groups--such as frequent travelers, older or pregnant people, or those at risk for heart disease or cancer. With so many fine-tuned recommendations on vitamins and food combinations, the audio needs a printable list. T.W. © AudioFile 2007, Portland, Maine-- Copyright © AudioFile, Portland, Maine
