About the Author
STEVEN STROM, FASLA, is Associate Professor and Chairman of the Department of Landscape Architecture at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

KURT NATHAN, PE, is Professor Emeritus at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and was formerly a consulting engineer for Conservation Engineering.

JAKE WOLAND, ASLA, is Assistant Professor of Landscape Architecture at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

DAVE LAMM is a State Conservation Engineer
