Product Description

This exciting new addition to Bob Herd's MEGA-PRODUCER SERIES will help real estate agents become even more successful by using a licensed real estate assistant. RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act of 1974) and other consumer-related disclosure requirements are increasing at a frantic pace, and requiring overwhelming amounts of paperwork and record-keeping for real estate agents and loan officers. The time spent on these activities can have a negative effect on the income and lifestyle of a highlyproductive real estate agent or loan officer.

Editorial Reviews

Review
An entertaining ‘MUST READ’ for every real estate agent concerned about — or afraid of — letting go of business control. Bob Herd charts the path to a saner, more enjoyable profession through effective collaboration with a licensed assistant.

If you are at a crossroads of balancing your life and career then this book is for you. Clearly a fantastic manual of the nuts and bolts of hiring a licensed assistant but also extremely eye opening regarding time management and overcoming one’s fears of ‘letting go of the reins.’
