About the Author
Thomas J. Schoenbaum is the Dean Rusk Professor of Law at the University of Georgia. He has authored five major books and more than 100 articles on admiralty, environmental and international law. A practicing attorney with over twenty-seven years of experience, Professor Schoebaum has also received five Fulbright scholarships in foreign countries.
