About the Author
Leslie Beck, a registered dietitian, is a leading nutritionist who has helped over 2000 individuals achieve their nutrition and health goals. She is the bestselling author of Leslie Beck's Nutrition Guide to Menopause, Leslie Beck's 10 Steps to Healthy Eating, Leslie Beck's Nutrition Guide for Women, Leslie Beck's Nutrition Encyclopedia, and Leslie Beck's Nutrition Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy and is a contributing author in Rose Reisman's Sensationally Light Pasta & Grains. Leslie writes a weekly nutrition column in The Globe and Mail, Canada's national newspaper, is the nutrition expert for CTV's Canada AM, and is the host of Discovery Channel's Foodstuff, a daily nutrition program aired nationally. She can also be heard two mornings a week on CFRB's Ted Woloshyn Show. Leslie runs a private practice at the Medcan Clinic in Toronto.
