I had a hard time getting this printer setup. I'm not a technical whiz but I'm not bad either. I found the support information regarding troubleshooting wireless setup too confusing. I changed my router security from WPA2 to WPA and finally it worked. Now that the printer works the quality is great!

I found this Printer very easy to set up and install, I had no problems with the Wi-Fi connecting at all.
The Printing is crisp and clear on both photos and documents.
This is a great buy and you can't beat the Price of the ink cartridges.
Very Happy with this printer.
