Very poor performance - Mac owners steer clear
I bought this printer, returned it, and then bought a different Lexmark product, the X4690. I will be returning that too. I own a Mac, and Lexmark clearly favours a Windows environment. Printing works fine, but if you're hoping to use the scan and/or copy features there seem to be many issues with a Mac OS. Really just a headache.
Of note - Lexmark customer service is terrible, probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a tech company. Very self righteous group of people. Steer clear.
