Brilliant
Contrary to the other review, we think the unit is brilliant. We often get poor quality speakerphone connections at client meetings and the bi directional technology of this unit is awesome. It does require a good solid internet connection (obviously) BUT it feels like people are in the same room. Any problems are likely with the Internet feed or sometimes Skype seems to get overcrowded and echos etc
We are buying more!!

Polycom Communicator C100S
So far I am very disappointed with this product. I paid the high price because I simply wanted great hands free skype audio from a laptop without a built-in microphone. Unfortunately I am getting horrible stuttering and echo. I have had to redirect the audio out from the polycom to the laptop speakers and this has helped a bit. So now I am using it as a really really expensive mic. I will probably sell it soon and put the money towards a new laptop.
